Opening of C&J Café: Heartfelt Thanks to the Rakoskes

In the fall of 2024, the newly renovated C&J Café officially opened its doors—a warm, full-service space designed for connection, conversation, and community.

Made possible through the generosity of John and Connie Rakoske, the café now offers residents a beautifully reimagined gathering spot that reflects their shared vision: to create spaces that bring people together.

Thanks to the Rakoskes’ continued support, the Center for Healthy Living now has a place as vibrant and welcoming as the people who fill it.
